Smartix electronic queue updated to version 1.1.1

We continue development of the Smartix e-queue in accordance with the functionality expansion planned by our specialists and customer’s wishes.

1. General optimization of the solution has been carried out, load on server capacities has been reduced. Now the system allows serving up to 50 thousand clients per day within a single server. These ensure full compliance of the Smartix electronic queue with the requirements of large companies.

2. The status model of the manager has been improved. Now the system registers the execution of service operations, as well as additional work with the client (for example, work with a client on the sales area). Based on the new statuses, the manager’s operating efficiency report is built. The revision makes it more accurate to demonstrate the structure of working hours and assess the effectiveness of personnel.

3. A number of works have been completed to implement the functionality of taking appointments of clients for a specific time. Since the launch of the system, this feature has not been included in the release, this functionality will be implemented in the next software versions.

4. Added the ability to easily load (drag and drop) the customer’s logo in the back-office interface for further display at the ticket kiosks and information screens.

Smartix e-queue continues to receive functional updates to provide better experience for system owners and end users. Specialists are always ready for further customization and expansion of the complex in the interests of existing and potential customers.
