About customer

ETM company is a Russian professional distributor of electrical engineering. Key customers are industrial enterprises, switchboard equipment manufacturers, infrastructure enterprises, electrical installation and construction companies, private installers, retail stores and DIY chains.
The network covers 9 logistics centers, 200 offices in 102 cities and has over 130 000 customers per month.


The main purpose of implementing self-service kiosks and the electronic queue system was to automate the queue for payment and delivery of goods. Now, customers who have placed an order on the website of the online store have the opportunity to independently and in an organized manner, without the participation of sales office managers, confirm, pay for and receive holiday documents for goods.

As a result of the project, the system includes:

  • 180 check-in counters (based on self-service kiosks) in 120 offices for choosing, paying for orders and receiving coupons for services through the electronic queue
  • 180 electronic scoreboards for displaying information about the order
  • 300 customer service operators
  • The solution uses 1 single server for the entire network
Additionally, uses our own speech synthesis service for electronic queue at ETM offices to deploy a voice assistant system with a short launch time, quick script setup, easy changes to voice notifications and minimal costs.


Our software fully complies with the requirements of the largest retailers for service automation systems, payment acceptance and electronic queue systems.
