In addition to SMS and Telegram, our Smartix electronic queue system now supports the service of sending notifications via WhatsApp.
Service offers visitors an alternative to tracking the status of their virtual queue in web application via smartphone. The solution is also an effective alternative to the classic waiting of customers for their turn in the electronic queue display area.
By clicking on the WhatsApp icon on the ticket screen, visitor receives confirmation that their ticket has been tracked via the messenger and waits for notification inviting them to the service counter.
Notification service in the Smartix system in addition to SMS, Telegram and WhatsApp supports any integration with notification sending systems, including those taking into account the local features of the project. If the existing functionality is not enough, we are ready to implement all the necessary modifications at the customer’s request to launch a custom client notification service for end users.
